  • Your privacy is very important to me, and I am committed to taking care of any information about yourself that you provide me with. 

  • Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Website (reconcilecreative.com) By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Privacy Policy. 

  • If you do not want to agree to any part of the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

  • The Privacy Policy applies to everyone who accesses this website - even if you are a casual visitor.

  • I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. Updates will appear on this page. 

  • This website is compliant with UK GDPR.  If you are unhappy with the way your information has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office

2. More details you should know.

  • I don’t use more software/service providers than absolutely necessary, so the places your data is held are limited and safe. Currently I use Gmail for email, Mailerlite to manage my subscribers/newsletters and Wix for the website itself. They are all reliable, secure providers.

  • Reconcile Creative consists of me and only me! I don’t have anybody working for me so your information will never be shared with anyone at any time, and if that ever changes I will let you know. 

  • I only collect information if you have subscribed to my newsletter and this information is currently limited to your first name and email address only. 

  • If you choose to correspond with me by email, I will keep the email thread only for as long as is absolutely necessary, before deleting.  I will protect that content in the same way I protect any information received online. This also applies to subscribing to my newsletter, making use of the contact form, or making a purchase through the website.

  • only use your personal information to provide products and/or services that you have requested.

  • never pass or sell your details to a third party.

  • limit the amount of personal information collected to strictly necessary only. 

  • keep your details safe and secure by maintaining, encrypted, up-to-date software and safeguards such as 2-factor authentication and by using unique and hard-to-guess passwords for all my software.

  • remove your information if you unsubscribe from my email list, or if you otherwise ask me to. 

  • tell you what personal information of yours I hold, on request, at any time.
